The International Youth Forum in Iraq is a place where young people get to know each other, establish new friendships and discuss various topics, from different points of view. IYF Iraq 2022 is open for youths and students from all over the world, making it as the leading international youth event in Iraq. The participants will experience unforgettable moments, meet new friends and learn about different cultures in an interesting and unique way. IYF Iraq 2022 will be a meeting point for passionate young people from all over the world who are determined to change the world, pave the way for a better future for the coming generations and to explore ways and means of promoting peace, intercultural dialogue and youth development. Meanwhile this event will be an opportunity for the young generation from around the world to change stereotypes created by media about Iraq, to give them a chance to taste every-day life in Iraq, to have exceptional experiences and to be inspired by Iraqi culture, art and history.
Activities include inspirational speeches, group discussions, interactive workshops, cultural performances, networking sessions, and a city tour. This youth event is a unique experience where we combine educational workshops with meeting new people while having fun and living epic moments in the capital of Iraq, Baghdad.

Eligibility
In order to be considered eligible to apply, you must fulfill all of the following criteria:
- Young professionals and students
- Citizens of all countries are eligible to apply
- Age 18 to 40 years old
- Able to communicate in English
Costs
The admission fee is 350 Euro which covers the educational program, 4 night accommodation, all-day meals for 4 days, refreshments and coffee breaks, cultural programs, and visits to historical monuments.
Applicants should cover international flight from/to their home country to/from Iraq.

IYF Iraq 2022 venue is arranged taking COVID 19 measures into consideration and event date is planned in line with international travel regulations of Iraq as the host country. The organizers will consider social distancing protocols at its best.
